So, week 4. Still in lockdown. Have eaten a lifetime’s worth of banana bread. Have also convinced myself I can communicate with the cats. But, insanity and boredom eating aside, this week there’s some really lovely pieces and businesses I’d like to showcase from all around the county. And by showcase, I mean add to basket and buy.
This week I’m lusting after…
1. Eliley Boutique’s Day Off Sweatshirt
Arguably, it’s quite hard to differentiate between days on and days off right now, so I feel this sweatshirt from Tonbridge-based Eliley Boutique is the answer – a bit like a more stylish way of wearing days of the week socks.
2. Duck and Dog’s Backless Jumper
I spotted this jumper on Duck & Dog’s Instagram page and instantly fell in love. I adore anything with an open back or back detailing, and this is really easy to layer over a cami top or just wear on its own. Just gorgeous!
3. 8 Lemon Pips’ New Collection
Ooh so this is exciting! 8 Lemon Pips is a new Kent-based fashion brand launching in June, with all items designed and created by fashion design graduate Pippy. Her pieces look absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait until the collection drops!
4. Silver Sheep’s Gabrielle Parker Silk Tea Dress
You can’t go wrong with a tea dress, and this stunning paisley version from The Silver Sheep in Tunbridge Wells is perfect – even if you’re just wearing it to drink tea in the garden. It comes in three colourways, but this pretty pink pattern is my favourite.
5. Catherine De Crevecoeur’s Jour Collection
I was fortunate enough to work with Catherine back in my So Magazine days, and now she’s a brilliant jewellery designer and maker, creating stunning statement earrings and necklaces. Her new Jour collection landed last week and they’re just gorgeous. This gold & turquoise pair of earrings are my particular favourites, but it was very hard to choose!
Love the lust list- dress and earrings are very reasonable!
